The last hour and honestly five minutes of this book…wow. I love Shari’s forced proximity and that fact the characters are never far from each other to begin with. I love of the romance and relationship building drive the story rather than the plot. The amount of cute giggly scenes she puts in is amazing. I love this book even if it took me a minute to read it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My book motivation has been in the negatives and trying to find a good book to read has been impossible so I’m playing it safe with a Shari book bc she always nails hers. But as long as I finish it before April we’ll be good. I’ve just been in the biggest reading slump since January 2025. But I like this book so we good right now.
