Just now about to break a 48hr fast. It was a good experience to fill the needs, the hunger, the excessive noise ... With less worldly things/needs and more of Jesus.

It was my longest fast - no food, no soda, no Facebk/YouTube or any Internet scrolling.

Looking forward to bringing myself, and the issues that weigh heavy on my heart for others, to the foot of Jesus again in the future.
