Mr Moustache-less insisting on the persistence of his wife is very interesting because he knows (in a way ig) he's right about everything, but he can't fathom that his wife might equally believe that with the same fervour, rather than diminishing her pretty obviously raw reactions as gaslighting (plus he knows her serial gaslighting habits as her husband). Very curious way of portraying both their stubbornesses.
