i genuinely think i’ve got more highlighted text than untouched text… which—not gonna lie—sends my anxiety, perfectionism and scarcity mindset SPIRALLING… but holy fuck THERE’S SO MUCH SYMBOLISM, NUISANCE, HISTORICAL CONTEXT, MODERN POLITICS, CULTURAL REFERENCES IN THIS NOVEL!! safe to say i will be re-reading this in another format and annotating tf out of it (beyond just utilising kindle highlights)

I PROMISE I HAVE NOT NEGLECTED THIS BOOK !!!!!!! i just really need to figure out the best way i can read it to its fullest potential bc i could only buy the digital version being in aus, and it has to be read on the kobo app (bc i had a kindle and apparently booktopia only does ebooks compatible with kobo devices LOL) - so i’m testing to see if i’ll be more inclined to read on my ipad or phone LOLSSSSSSSSS😭
