The Middle East chapter is so slow I want to shred the pages so maybe then I can understand wtf is going on. Also, it's important to note that Marshall skips over the havoc wreaked by the Christian crusades in the Middle East, just like how he skips the fact the only nuclear power in the region is Isreal.
