They are so going to break my heart. I know it. I can feel it! But ugh, I love them so much. So much.

So I’m guessing Edek and Mala died but Wieslaw lived to write their story.

I haven’t gone far (obviously), in fact I’m currently in that “I don’t know what the fuck is going on” phase BUT the writing is good and it’s raw. It feels like I am inside the book, experiencing the war alongside the characters.
