Whoever owned this book before me aggressively underlined a piece of dialogue and annotated that Mary Katherine Blackwood is ‘polite/well-spoken’ and then on the next page proceeded to underline another sentence and write ‘hateful’. If that isn’t exactly what I want out of a book idk what is.
