Good read, no pun intended. This felt like having a conversation with an OG so many lessons to pick from it. I wish it touched more on areas of company or startup formation, finding a co-founder and how to split shares along those lines. As a first time co-founder, these are areas i struggle with that I wish it captured in addition. But overall a great read with loads of lessons to take a way.
