Chapter twelve. I am Halfway through. Very much into this book. Okonkwo is an interesting main character. A harsh violent man with 3 wives and a few children. The burden of his father’s life drives him to live in the opposite. Being driven, showing strength, and abolishing laziness to replace it with ambition. Ambition that shows in his wrestling and Yam harvesting.
