I came to the realisation that rereading books now will change my opinion of them.

What I used to enjoy feels off now.
I look for stories that show people who endured so much yet they are still standing. Still living. Surviving.

I used to enjoy these military romances, not so much anymore as some painted my people as the villains. Sorry, even if it’s just a story, just a book. It’s not to me
