I feel weird about the fact that Steve's my favorite in this book.

I'm actually distracted by how good Steve Trevor looks. Wow.

Bad ass ending to issue #1 but this is such a heavy issue. It's steeped in what seems like circular platitudes. The statements seem like placeholders to avoid giving away too much information and, unfortunately, we're left with too little. If I read this first, I wouldn't have wanted to go further into the series.

I just read Saga where Alana says "the first casualty of war is truth" so it's interesting seeing that quote come up again.
