In the novel Grace is scared to kiss Prince Charming in the play because she's never been kissed before. She decides to ask if she can practice on her friend Bret but when her dad finds out he gets mad. I think the tittle of the book is a good fit because it is basically what the whole book is about. The whole book is about how this girl prepares for her first kiss, it's "Operation Pucker Up"!

In the novel Graces friend Evan talks to her about that she shouldn't be nervous in the play and she is a great actress. Evan knows she is nervous about kissing the prince. I'm making a connection that in the future Grace will not be nervous when she finallly kisses the prince. I think this because she has practiced before on her friend and in a lot of books I have read like this it always turns out good in the end.

In the novel Grace is preparing for her first real kiss with James. Grace has the characteristic of being shy. One example of that was when she was too shy to ask her teacher to use the bathroom in the middle of class.

In the novel, Grace got the lead role as Snow White in the school play. She finds out that her has to kiss a boy in the play and freaks. People should read this book because it's interesting and funny. I personally like to read it because it shows mwhat it was like for a 7th grader to get a lead role in a big play, in the book Grace says 7th graders don't get good roles, its cool to see how she felt about it.
