Guys… so I tried hanging on a bar with one hand. For 2 mins and 29secs just like Avery did in the unseen in the scene (she hanged off a cliff w one hand and the other gripped Braden’s arm.) she’s A STRONG MOTHER FUCKER Yall I lasted 4 secs with one hand alone and she did it for 2 and half mins holding a man’s body weight and only 3 months of training 😍😩 next body goal btw
