Lots of variables affect the outcome of the VPN. 1 that I felt with had to do with new privacy settings (for user security) which make the updating of ones ip via email impossible unless you have the "right" email service. There are no suggestions for which service will work as the speed of cyber security outpaces the authors ability to update.
