I find the author slightly annoying, for reasons I can't explain. I really approve of his points tho. My main question I have is currently: if you wouldn't advocate for a specific healthy amount of tobacco consumption. Why does that logic apply to screen addiction tho?

Also the book just makes me angry at the world a bit, because as "abgeklärt" I thought I was... Even my addiction started earlier than I was aware...
