Ngl, this book is definitely doing one of my pet peeves which is - why are none of these people using google? Like, there's this whole thing about needing a well company to come cap a well for them and the local one not getting back to them. Why aren't you looking for another company? This book is set after covid. I know you have google and the internet.

I like it so far, but ngl I feel like the prologue gave away too much backstory.
