I picked this up last summer at McKay’s in Nashville for something like a nickel. I decided to buy it not only because, for a nickel, why not? But also to run a little experiment on myself. Normally I would give a book with such an ugly outdated cover scarce notice. I decided to get it *because* of the cover to see if it was worth reading. This book is absolutely enchanting! It is sheer delight from page one.
