The story I read this month was “The Red-Headed League” and it was simply wonderful! I’d forgotten how great Sherlock Holmes stories can be, and this one was such a joy to read.
This would be a 4 star read for me.

I decided to read another story in the anthology this month. This one was called “The Five Orange Pips.”
This was a weird story, and probably my least favorite Sherlock Holmes adventure so far. I hate to rate it this low, but I would give this story only two stars.

The story I read this month is “The Boscombe Valley Mystery.” The more I read, the more I remember how much I loved these stories. This was smart, but still easy to read. There were even a couple twists sprinkled in, making for a wonderful read.
This is a definite 5 star story for me.

The story I read this month was “A Case of Identity.” It was a short read that was still able to provide the wit and charm found within a Sherlock Holmes story.
I’d say this was a solid four stars.

It’s been many years since I’ve read any Sherlock Holmes stories, so I’m excited to jump into this collection. Since this book contains multiple stories, I thought I’d read one a month until I’m done.
The story for this month was A Scandal in Bohemia. It’s a classic tale, and one that made me remember how fantastic Sherlock Holmes stories truly are. This was an easy five stars for me!
