Pg 121 “ What an awesome tragedy, then that the ver ones who searched the scriptures, who prided them selves on being experts as they worked over every jot and tittle, thinking in all this that they had eternal life, were not willing to come to the one of whom the scriptures spoke” this passage is referring to John 5:40-47 and it truly self explanatory but man what a picture of the church today
