not much of anything is happening and we are halfway…no action, no plot progression, just recapping zevander’s past trauma. this really should have all been condensed down to like MAYBE 20% of the whole book, but I fear it is going to continue even further into the second half. 😒

1/4 in and literally nothing has happened…way too much about zevander’s past imprisonment and it’s STILL GOING. should have been condensed waaaaay down. hoping the next quarter of the story will pick up a bit and have some forward movement. i feel like that meme, poking a rock with a stick, telling it to do something.
