waiting a year to read this one was the move. the plot & characters feel new and fresh again while still having the nostalgia of the bridge kingdom world. i loveee how lush everything is

had to take a year break after finishing Lara & Aren's story because i did not have the mental fortitude to read a book with the same exact timeline and plot as the traitor queen back to back. now i'm actually excited for it because i've forgotten just enough for it to be interesting again 😭😂
