This book is really…bad. It’s either written in super colorful descriptive language, or flat short sentences. It started jumping right into the plot, no backstory, and 100 pages in still very little. If she knew she was a witch, and her mother too, why don’t we get any backstory on that? What year does this take place? If there are “gods” in this book, what’s society like? & now she’s rivals w this guy
