I was really looking forward to reading the part that describes drupadi’s vastraharan. To my UTTER disappointment, the scene wasnt described at all. Skimmed like it was a background detail. Horrid.

Got to know additional angles to the story, the animosity between kunti and panchali, relation between karna and kunti. I believe adaption of a legend like mahabharat is in itself a big task and I appreciate someone wanting to represent the life of a woman and writing the story from her POV. One has to understand that there is a limit to how much one can innovate or imagine. So rewriting a written tale is difficult.
