The chapter I just read covered the myth of Diarmuid and Grainne and the thing that struck me the most is how... incomprehensible it portrayed Grainne. I'm struck by how this translation seems to go out of its way to show her as a willful idiot, who had wims for no reason and causes endless Strife and chaos because of them. It's a really negative version of the story to her.
