Angel had the gun that shot emma but it was esme who telepathically commanded her to do it. Now esme is leaving and claiming the new world is coming. Implying there is someone else who is apart of this.

Okay the mystery behind the murder of Emma frost was it was Esme who shot her. Well technically Beak and Angel had the baby in a secret shack behind the campus.
