I don’t know if I’ll be able to listen to the whole book. I’m all about eating whole foods and less ultra-processed, but as someone who can’t eat gluten, I have to use thickeners in my bread and I don’t need this book to stress me out. 😂

Lissa Malloy One thing I did like about this book is I felt it was a pretty grounded perspective. Like hey here’s the information, but you don’t have to cut everything out of your diet. You’re going to be just fine.
