DNF-- shelved for now at 60%. Dense read, opening chapters reads like a text book; learning lots of new terminology. Carney clearly very articulate and if anything, very admirable to know our Prime Minister is so well versed on GLOBAL financial markets. Will try to finish/ re-read sections again... shelved
