My own summary:
The girl with the beautiful lobes gets revelations from beyond at first she said it’s only when she’s drowning, but that theory is gone. She chose the dolphin hotel out of a list in a phonebook. Upon arriving, there’s not much to it, but it does have its own look. The clerk’s father owns the building and it used to house sheep. He is known as the sheep professor.

Wow. The sheep enters people it needs to accomplish its goal of everyone having a sheep mind (whatever that means). The boss outlived his purpose and therefore fell into a coma. Sheep Prof too, though he was left with one idea to ponder but no conclusion or some such.
