i mean in terms of world building and lore drop it definitely delivers the most out of all the trilogies, but like…. so much relationship drama damn chill yall😭

every single pov is in some stage of will they won’t they. alise/leftrin, sedric/carson, thymara/tats, and even the fucking bird keepers caught the disease. robin hobb please i am begging you to advance the plot

i'd like to put something of substance in these updates but idk.... thing is not much actually happens in this book, it's mostly love dilemmas stacked on top of each other and then once every 5 chapters or so there's some plot development, and then we're back to another full loop of relationship struggles and longing and people being sad about the wrong person
