I’m sorry, he just had this big confession to her how every time he uses his magic it’s killing him and in turn killing her because of their bond, and she tells him he needs to stop using magic frivolously so they DONT DIE!!! AND YET A HOUR LATER HE IS USING HIS MAGIC TO GIVE HER SEXUAL PLEASURE WHILE LAYING 6 FT AWAY?! JUST SO THE AUTHOR CAN USE AN *oh so sexy* PHANTOM TOUCH???

I think if the rest of the book was written with the same vibes as the prologue and any of the violence scenes I’d be having a much better time (don’t take this the wrong way)

I’m going to be frank, I need this book to pick up asap.
