This just didn’t have it. I’m so glad to be done with this. Such a short book felt so long and took me much longer to finish than I intended. No depth, emotion, likability of the heroine. Typical, expected, nothing new. Concept of a prairie ride was unique but there was no excitement or fun. This needed way more fleshing out.

4-2. pg104. This is a lot thinner than I expected. The whole parents making teen move and teen is unhappy and melodramatic about it is so overdone. Not feeling the heroine and sometimes the hero seems/sounds more adult than YA.
