We're at the point where Rowling's run out of British stereotypes of council housing tenants and has had to start lifting from the global stash: cousin fuckers? I swear that stereotype is only usually applied to poor Americans, but an English teenage poor character just admitted to "shagging" her first cousin while they were drunk at 14. For no plot reason at all. She can't keep getting away with this.
