dang technically comparing numbers i have been able to read more than i thought lol. this story is getting a bit more interesting so hopefully i get into it quicker now. this story is definitely more introspective in the sense that chaol has a lot of internal struggles to deal with so it will be interesting to see his journey. also excited to explore nesryn and yrene’s characters too!

didn’t get as much reading through this book today as much since i went thru a million chapters of EOS according to the tandem read chart but the last 100 pages have also been so interesting too! finally seeing a bit of the action that EOS usually has and we’re seeing the fight now with the spiders😳 so excited to see how this turns out as well!

dang i’ve definitely started liking this story more and more! i do understand why people think it drags bc it’s not all action packed like EOS but it’s finally got some traction (at least to me)! looking at where i actually am in the book i only have about a third or so less so it’ll be interesting since the end of the tandem is TOD chapter 58-the end! woot woot!

woo hoo now i feel like im finally flying through this book. the beginning definitely lags but now the plot has thickened! i’m liking the relationship being built between chaol and yrene and their progress! eeek so glad i decided to do the tandem read!
