Im just gonna pretend i have a clue what’s happening here but i feel like i get more lost every chapter. I’ve never had this much trouble grasping concepts before, but she’s not very good at explaining. So

Hoa is just out ASSASSINATING stone eaters? And he’s like dangerous and feared? Who knew.
I don’t know how to feel about him bc rn he seems aligned with Essun…but what happens when he’s not?

Idk how I feel about Jija bc what he does is wrong but also it’s how he was raised and he’s afraid but also he should live his child enough to get over it…idk I can see his side, but he’s still so wrong
