Why was she sneaking in his room? I thought she was search for evidence in her uncle’s room? Was she actually making a booty call? And now she’s upset he’s betrothed?

Why is he even bothering to have conversations with this woman? Just ignore her! And these switches to his point of view do nothing to develop his character so why even bother? I hate all of these people, why is this book highly rated?

What brothel crap is this? Weren’t we just on a boat? This book is working its way toward one star..
