Kushagri Wow! This looks interesting! Can you tell me more about the style of writing in this? I generally like to read non-fiction if it has either a novel like tone or just very dry journalistic tone!

Tristram Shandy It is quite easy to read because it focuses on the different events and negotiations that happened in July and therefore resembles an account of actions. It is neutral in tone, but not exactly sober since the writer sometimes comments on and evaluates some aspects. A very good thing is that, given all those lots and lots of ambassadors and statesmen, there is a dramatis personae as well as a timeline at the beginning of the book, so you never lose track. I think I am going to rate this one 5 stars eventually.

Kushagri Oh wow that is good to know. Having a dramatis personae helps in a political nonfiction read. Thank you. I will add this!
