WAIT!!!!! My brain just exploded. Right out the gate of chapter 1... and I never thought to link domestic violence as a voting‑rights issue!!!! This has me reeling to think of the number of abusers and just how many forced their partners to vote a specific way in the last u.s. election. FUMING.
