Randomly found this on a shelf in my parents study, as I was brushing my teeth and started flicking through it. The visual memoir style looks perfect for inspiration for my own current confessional practice.

Read a few pages and equally horrified by the tragedy that begins the book and entranced by the personal, raw and intimate style which I tend to be drawn to.
