really not enjoying this!! the title and concept is brilliant but it’s actually incredibly cheesy and self help-y, not sure if that’s made worse or better because i’m listening to the audiobook rather than reading it. she’s also not saying anything new for me, the target audience is probably middle aged women. disappointing!
