I’m less than 100 pages from completing Book 1.
So far the story follows two protagonists, Aomame and Tengo, as they experience bizarre events such as there’s two moons, a religious cult known as “the Little People” and the world they live in is an alternative reality of 1984, which is why Aomame dubs it “1Q84” (Q for “Q for Question”. I’ll keep you posted on how it turns out.
