this book is so boring. each main character has their own chapter and you can tell that the author didn’t have any idea about how to flesh them out as actual human beings. they’re so flat and repeat the same nonsense we learned from their first encounter again and again. each chapter is basically a repeat of the last one with a TINY bit of exposition to be explained over again in the next chapter. yawn
