Anti-essentialist 'marxism' is trash. If Marxism can be summarised as recognising the necessity of proletarian dictatorship, this is not Marxism at all. Any idea of leadership is destroyed in favour of the worst pluralistic anarchism, which is even open to alliances with capitalists against financiers!
