I am really just trudging through this at this point. I've decided to finish it, but I'm not enjoying it at ll.

I'm not far in I know...but I expected a love story, not a history of botany in colonial Australia with insanely long sentences and descriptions.
So far, I think I have been duped - definitely not a fiction story. I probably should have looked into this further, but as a Cradle Mountain lover myself, I was intrigued.
Let's see how I go from here
