This is only the second Nicholas Sparks book I’ve chosen to read. The first one blew me away and I almost got emotional at the end (huge for me).
I’ve only read the first chapter of this book and I’m already annoyed that I think I’ve predicted where it’s going and I really am not reaching for it cause I’m tired of the “falling in love with the brother” story lines.

Ok so my reading comprehension can really suck. It’s not a failing in love with the brother story. It’s a falling in love with the best friend. & Sparks is cooking a little bit bc now there’s a little mystery & suspense elements getting thrown in.
