In at least 3 of these books a ‘good guy’ gets away with the murder of a ‘bad guy’. It’s now becoming a predictable part of the story line. I hope she doesn’t keep doing this.

My first instance of clumsy writing. The explanation for an important part of the story is just not well written. This is rare in this series of books.
