I love the character development and the way you get to see into Eli’s life. Both Sierra and Eli’s characters are better towards the end for sure

William Goodman is absolutely amazing. It’s bitter sweet to fall in love with his character throughout the book.

The stages of grief shown in Sierra’s emotions are really interesting, it’s interesting to see them play out from a thirteen year old girls perspective.
