Didn’t finish. Stopped at 2 chapters, 18 pages. Waste of money!
Author, a flight attendant, seems proud of being rude to customers. Then why choose hospitality?
Customers can be difficult. That doesn’t justify being worse. These are not insights, just poor professionalism.
He clearly forgot his grounding or what his father taught him.
