does anyone have any really good dark romance books that are remotely okay for a teen to read? my parents are kinda strict, but it's my fave genre, so, looking for recommendations.

i’m not familiar with that genre but the only one i can think of that i’ve personally read is the lightlark series by alex aster. i remember it was still ya so not TOO dark but they were elements of the genre in it.
