I am, of course, not reading this in Italian, but in English. (If I knew enough Italian to be reading classic literature in it, then I would be trying my hand at Dante, not a translation of an English novel!) But the book I’m reading is a huge door-stopper of a volume with four Forster novels in one (!), and this edition has the same number of pages as in mine, so here we are.
