In terms of composition, “Failure to Disrupt” is set up in a very interesting (and somewhat unconventional) way. The first part addresses the main “genres” of tech-assisted learning at scale, and the second part talks about the dilemmas associated with it.
So far, Reich’s takes have been both sobering and refreshing. Despite being published in 2020, tech skepticism is necessary now more than ever.
